Who I work best with

People who sense that life could feel different.

They aren’t always sure how to get there. They long for a deeper connection with themselves and within their relationships, and they’re looking for a greater sense of life satisfaction.

As a gay man myself, about half my clients are also part of the queer community. I often work with men navigating healthy masculinity, romantic relationships — or the desire for them — vulnerability, self-worth, and what it means to be more at peace with themselves.

Most of us are actively working through old patterns, or trying to become more fully and authentically ourselves.

What people bring

  • A sense of stuckness — knowing life could feel different
  • Wanting deeper connection with themselves
  • Wanting deeper connection in relationships
  • Longing for greater life satisfaction
  • Ready to work with old patterns rather than react from them

Clinical focus

  • Trauma & PTSD
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Grief
  • Life transitions
  • Lasting effects of difficult childhood experiences
  • Inner child work

Inner child work is a central piece in my work and changed my own life in connecting with my inner 2-year-old Nick. I have worked with people as young as 17 and as wise as 70+.

My approach is particularly helpful for people who are looking not only for symptom relief, but for greater understanding of themselves and more freedom in their lives.
